China Southern & NZTE Launched the International Passenger Caring Project

August 20, 2021 - Guangzhou, China Southern Airlines and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) held a virtual launch ceremony to officially launch the cooperation project for international passengers with the theme of “Always Caring For You”, taking the lead in the industry to provide free hotel quarantine kits for international passengers flying to China.

Mr. CHENG Yong, Executive Vice President of China Southern Airlines Company Limited, Ms. Rebekah MAWSON, Consul-General of New Zealand Consulate General Guangzhou, Mr. Pete FROST, Trade Commissioner of NZTE South China, Mr. Scott TASKER, General Manager Aeronautical Commercial of Auckland International Airport, Mr. Michael ZHANG, Acting Deputy Consul-General of New Zealand Consulate General Guangzhou, alongside management of relevant divisions of the carrier participated in the ceremony.

The quarantine kits will be handed out to all international passengers flying on China Southern's Auckland-Guangzhou route starting Aug 26, 2021.

Other international routes will be included in the project on special holidays.
